A Sacred Space is a special place within your home that may include an altar, yoga mat, candles, and any other items that are significant and meaningful for you. This space is your space to ground, center, and reconnect with yourself.
Creating a Sacred Space and then visiting it often will help you reduce stress and anxiety while also giving life to your dreams and desires. I find it’s so powerful to open your sacred practice and then close it when you’re done. This creates a sacred container and encourages your system and soul to really drop in. Here is a great way to open your practice:
