About 17 years ago, while taking a movement class, I felt (for the first time) a deep connection to myself and to my potential. This was profound for me because up until this point I had felt numb, lost and unsure of who I was or what I wanted. This moment of clarity created a spark of possibility and so I followed it.
I immersed myself in learning and then teaching practices that promoted a deeper connection to myself and elevated well-being. This led me to 15+ years of teaching yoga classes, leading workshops and retreats as well as developing the most successful yoga studio in Southern Vermont.
For the last 6 years, I have turned my attention toward women with busy, chaotic lives and focus on helping them find clarity, energy and joy through my Wake Up With Moxie program and through 1x1 coaching.
