Join me for an all-levels class that combines yoga and meditation!
These classes are for women who:
- Need a break from the chaos of life
- Are craving more....space, inspiration, joy, connection, etc.
- Want to embody calm, positive energy, peace and focus
- Want to be surrounded by a community of like-minded women
