Hi There...Amanda Here!
About 17 years ago, while taking a movement class, I felt (for the first time) a deep connection to myself and to my potential. This was profound for me because up until this point I had felt numb, lost and unsure of who I was or what I wanted. This moment of clarity created a spark of possibility and so I followed it.
I immersed myself in learning and then teaching practices that promoted a deeper connection to self and elevated well-being. This led me to 15+ years of teaching yoga classes, leading workshops and retreats as well as developing the most successful yoga studio in Southern Vermont.
For the last 7 years, since I had my daughter, I have turned my attention toward women and creating more awareness, programs and support for daily soul-care. I have helped women:
✔️ Create a sustainable, personalized and revolutionary soul-care practice.
✔️ Learn how to listen and respond compassionately to their body, mind, and heart.
✔️ Overcome obstacles and old beliefs that get in the way of daily self-care.
✔️ Reunite with their creativity, peace and joy.
I’ve now been fortunate to bring this unique blend of mindfulness, movement and creativity to mamas across the country through my online classes, programs and Radical Self-Care Membership.
