About Soul Care Yoga
If you have been wanting to bring more sacredness to your life or start your day/week in a more meaningful way, Soul Care Yoga is for you.
My intention with this unique class is to help you start your day and your week feeling centered, grounded, clear and on-purpose for the week ahead.
I know how hard it is to carve out space for soul care of any kind and I want to help you make it possible...even if it's just one day a week!
Soul Care Yoga is a practice of reconnecting with your body, mind, heart and soul by combining yoga with powerful tools such as meditation, journaling, swamping, dancing and art to invite inner exploration and a sacred beginning to the day.
If you are ready to create or deepen a sacred connection to yourself as well as desire to gather with other women for the purpose of creating more joy and love, then I invite you to join this weekly class.

Soul Care Yoga

Amanda Upton is the founder of Soul Care Club, an online yoga membership that supports women with developing a daily soul care practice to help them remember and fully step into who they really are. Amanda is known for her welcoming, supportive, empowering, and FUN approach to self-care and living on purpose. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga and other movement practices for over 20 years. Amanda is also a certified life coach and offers women's circles, coaching and other sacred opportunities to connect to purpose and community.
Amanda lives in southern Vermont with her husband, daughter, golden retriever and two cats. She loves to create art, dance, mountain bike, ski and eat smoothie bowls!
